Arc & TIG (Argon) Welding 6G (Full Course)

6G welding is the most challenging and highest-paid certification in the industry — required for high-pressure pipelines, refineries, power plants, and structural steel. Companies worldwide demand certified 6G welders who can produce X-ray quality welds in all positions.

This full course teaches you to:

• Perform SMAW (Arc) and GTAW (TIG/Argon) welding in 6G position
• Master root pass, filler, and cap passes on pipe (6" to 12")
• Read welding symbols, WPS/PQR, and prepare test coupons
• Control heat input, arc length, and interpass temperature
• Meet ASME Section IX, API 1104, and AWS standards for qualification

Eligibility

• Education: 10th or 12th pass (any stream)
• Additional Qualifications: ITI Welder or basic welding experience preferred
• Age: 18 years and above (no upper limit)
• Other: Working professionals can join fast-track batches
• Background: Basic welding knowledge helpful but not required
