Grader Operator Course

Motor graders are essential for creating smooth, level surfaces in road construction, mining sites, and land development. Poor operation causes uneven roads, drainage issues, and safety hazards. Companies need skilled, certified operators who can deliver accurate grading efficiently and safely.

This course teaches you to:

• Operate motor graders safely (blade control, scarifier, ripper)
• Perform pre-operation checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Understand machine stability, blade angles, and soil types
• Follow site safety protocols, hand signals, and traffic rules

Eligibility

• Education: 10th or 12th pass (any stream)
• Additional Qualifications: ITI or Diploma holders preferred
• Age: 18 years and above (no upper limit)
• Other: Working professionals can join fast-track batches
• Background: No prior experience required (good physical fitness & eyesight needed)
