Overhead Crane Operator Course

Overhead cranes are critical in factories, steel mills, warehouses, and heavy engineering — but unsafe operation causes most crane-related accidents and production losses. Companies need certified operators who understand load charts, rigging, and safety rules.

This course teaches you to:

• Operate overhead cranes safely (bridge, gantry, jib types)
• Perform pre-use inspections, rigging, and sling selection
• Read load charts, calculate safe working loads, and avoid overloads
• Communicate with riggers and follow hand signals
• Follow safety standards (OSHA-style, Indian crane regulations) to prevent accidents

Eligibility

• Education: 10th or 12th pass (any stream)
• Additional Qualifications: ITI or Diploma holders preferred
• Age: 18 years and above (no upper limit)
• Other: Working professionals can join fast-track batches
• Background: No prior experience required (good physical fitness & eyesight needed)
